Dear NBS Families,

It’s been a lively and engaging week here at NBS, filled with excitement from both students and staff. From the playful mischief of leprechauns on St. Patrick’s Day to our vibrant celebration of World Down Syndrome Day with the Rock Your Socks event, we've had no shortage of fun and meaningful activities.

Our third annual mismatched, colourful sock event in support of World Down Syndrome Day on March 20th was a success, thanks to the enthusiasm and participation of our student hosts. We wrapped up the week with our Parent-Teacher Conferences, which we moved online due to the CUPE Labour Action. Thankfully, our amazing CUPE staff will be back today to help get the school sparkling clean again.

As we approach Spring Break, we’d like to wish everyone a safe and rejuvenating week off. We hope you have the chance to relax, recharge, and enjoy some quality time with family and friends. Whether you're travelling or staying close to home, we encourage you to make the most of the break and return refreshed for the rest of the school year.
