As we wrap up another incredible school year, I want to take a moment to thank our amazing students, families, and staff for making this year such a memorable one.

To our students, thank you for your hard work, kindness, curiosity, and enthusiasm. We are so proud of everything you have accomplished this year.

To our families, thank you for your partnership, support, and trust. Working together to support our students makes our school community stronger.

To our dedicated staff, thank you for the care, commitment, and passion you bring to our students every single day. Your efforts have made a lasting difference in the lives of our learners.

I hope everyone enjoys a safe, relaxing, and well-deserved summer filled with family, friends, and opportunities to recharge.

As you begin planning for the new school year, please note the following important dates and times:

Grades 1–5 Bell Times (Monday–Thursday)

  • 8:15 a.m. – Flexible entry; doors open
  • 8:26 a.m. – Two-minute warning bell
  • 8:28 a.m. – Classroom instruction begins
  • 11:30 a.m. – 12:05 p.m. – Lunch (Grades 1 & 2)
  • 12:15 p.m. – 12:50 p.m. – Lunch (Grades 3, 4 & 5)
  • 3:00 p.m. – Dismissal

Fridays (Early Dismissal)

  • 8:15 a.m. – Flexible entry; doors open
  • 8:26 a.m. – Two-minute warning bell
  • 8:28 a.m. – Classroom instruction begins
  • 12:30 p.m. – Dismissal

 

Assigned Teachers 

Grade 1-5 students, your child's teacher will contact you at 3:00 on Friday, August 28, 2026. At this time, teachers will also share more specific information about their assigned morning meeting spot, where they will meet their teacher on the first day of school. Please be patient when waiting for their email. We will have a flexible morning entry for all students in grades K-5 next year, and they will be able to enter the school beginning at 8:15 am each day.

Financial update: Fees outstanding

As our year comes to an end, we would like to deal with our outstanding school fees as they will be carried forward out of next years budget. We know how much the students love these out-of-school experiences and want to continue doing them. We will however, need to limit how many trips they can go on if fees are not paid in a timely manner.
